摘要
We evaluated the interactive effects of carbamazepine (0 and 10 μg/1) and temperature (20 and 27° C) as co-stressors on the development of two generations (F0 and F1) of the copepod Tigriopus fulvus. The time taken to reach copepodite stage I and the time taken to reach the first appearance of the egg sac were determined. At 20°C data showed a delay in the production of copepodites and ovigerous females in copepods exposed to carbamazepine across the two generations respect to the control. Conversely, the higher temperature enhanced copepod development, with an early in the production of copepodites and ovigerous females resulting in a lower effect of carbamazepine at 27°C than at control temperature of 20°C.
