Dynamic Analysis and Vibration Research of Point Meshing Gear System

摘要
The spline offset function is used to define the deviation of the grinding wheel truncation from the standard tooth profile, and the deviation of the grinding wheel feed path and the grinding wheel axis direction, and comprehensively modify the tooth profile and lead crown of the gear. The point meshing tooth surface can realize the second-order continuity, and the model is more general, which can realize the three-dimensional control of the tooth surface morphology, and can effectively improve the transmission performance. Considering the backlash, the time-varying mesh stiffness, the flexibility of the rotating shaft, the gyroscopic effect of the gear and the rotating shaft, and the support bearing, the finite element nodal dynamic model of the gear-rotor transmission system is established. The effects of different modification cases on the dynamic response of the gear are compared and analyzed, and the numerical simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the system can be significantly improved by adopting the appropriate modification case under certain working conditions.
