Abstract
The integration of massive DG and various loads brings new opportunities and challenges to distribution networks (DNs). Considering source-network-load-storage interaction, a multi-objective chance-constrained optimization model for DNs management is proposed in this paper, which is supposed to support "carbon neutral" in DN level. Firstly, management model considering energy storage system (ESS) and demand response (DR) technology is proposed, and chance constraints derived from power and energy balance are formulated to address the power fluctuations of DG and load. Secondly, the proposed multiobjective problem for minimizing exchange energy and management budget is transformed by.-constraint method and chance constraints are reformulated by quantiles of probability distributions. A real distribution network in eastern China is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Every point on the obtained Pareto frontier represents a scheme of DR dispatch and ESS allocation, which are optional for DSO.
