摘要
Solid-state ion-sensitive electrodes (ISEs) with high sensitivity and stability are an important part in the construction of flexible integrated ion-sensitive organic field effect transistor (ISOFET) sensors. To improve the performance of ISEs, ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) spheres with high surface area and super hydrophobicity were synthesized and introduced as ion-to-electron transducers. The flexible multiplexed ISOFETs, built based on Na + /K + ISEs and maskless printable organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), were constructed and demonstrated for portable biosensing.
