摘要

We designed a 220GHz hairpin microstrip bandpass filter based on suspension structure.In addition, the influence of the silver paste on the quartz substrate during the actual processing is fully considered. Finally, a 220GHz bandpass filter with bandwidth up to 20G, insert loss less than 2dB and return loss better than 20dB is obtained.
