Evaluation of Vibration Spectrums of Railway Vehicles

Purpose To ensure the correct operation of the railway vehicle, it is necessary to provide a number of supervision measures. By identifying and analyzing vibrations on the axle assemblies as well as on the floor of the box of rail vehicles, a picture of the state of the suspension and the state of the axle assemblies was obtained. This aims at early detection of failures, but also to determine the calmness and stability of the gait of rail vehicles. Frequent analysis plays a central role in early detection of failure and diagnosis. Methods The task of frequency analysis is to decompose vibrations into individual components in terms of their frequencies. The main goal of the study was to make a selection algorithm for estimation of the most influential parameters for lateral and vertical acceleration of railway track. In this paper, it was established adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). A simplified measurement method has been implemented, by measuring acceleration. The test was performed in both directions of travel on all relevant sections of the test track. In this paper, adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) was used as a tool for estimation of the influence of time legged values on the lateral and vertical acceleration prediction of railway track. Results ANFIS models were formulated to estimate vibrational acceleration level of the railway track, which can be used to describe the attenuation characteristics of ground vibration. In this way, the numerical model and results can be used as a reference for design, maintenance, and research on other embankments in seasonally frozen regions. The mathematical dependence between the signal represented in the time domain (time function) and the signal represented in the frequency domain (spectral function) is determined via the Fourier transform. Conclusions The paper presents the theoretical foundations as well as the experimental identification of the spectrum of vibration parameters of the bearing and box vibration of a railway vehicle during operation.
