Outcomes of Older Adults with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Undergoing Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation: A Mayo Clinic Cohort Analysis
Transplantation and Cellular Therapy(2023)
摘要
•Nonrelapse mortality after autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in older patients with lymphoma was low and has improved over time.•Older patients with a high Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation Comorbidity Index had inferior outcomes after ASCT. Age should not be the sole factor in determining for eligibility for ASCT.•Patients who were progression-free at 2 years (achieving PFS24) had excellent survival and low relapse, suggesting that ASCT may cure a subset of older patients with lymphoma.
