A Tangible Based Interaction- and Visualization- Tool for the Analyzation of Individual Mobility Data on an Augmented Reality Table.

The use of new technologies for the control and presentation of information is being researched in many areas. In addition to the usual, widely widespread methods of touch input or the classic buttons, there are many other forms of interaction. Thanks to the constant progress of technology, new possibilities appeared the use of which is being researched and their suitability for different use-case. The goal of this work is to evaluate the representation of individual mobility data collected by individuals using an app-based mobility diary on an Augmented Reality (AR) Table. In [1] we introduced the AR-Table and its presentation and interaction use-cases. Additionally, to the presentation, an interaction concept using tangibles is developed and evaluated. Via tangibles, the presented data can be filtered and thus varied. The tangibles offer new ways and ideas to explore data, thereby attracting new user groups. The representations of the individual traffic routes were designed and a layout for the representation of the route relationships on a map and its interaction was created. The dynamic generation of the routes allows for immediate analysis of the information for the users.
