Power & Signal Synchronous Transmission Strategy for Three-Phase Voltage Source Inverter

In this paper, a power and signal composite modulation and synchronous transmission strategy for a three-phase voltage source inverter (VSI) system is proposed, which can transmit signals without requirement of additional communication line. By modulating the baseband data with 2FSK, two signal modulation strategies are presented. To analyze the stability of the VSI after injecting the signal, the small-signal model of the three-phase VSI is discussed. The experimental platform is then built and the feasibility of a DC-AC converter-based PSST system is verified.
