Distribution Network Reconfiguration Based on BAS-IGA Algorithm

Abstract
In the distribution system, the distribution network reconstruction technology can reduce network losses, coordinate user loads and restore power supply after a power outage. With the increase in the proportion of uncontrollable distributed generation (DG) in the distribution network, network reconfiguration technology can improve the DG consumption capacity in the distribution network. This paper proposes a method based on the combination of beetle antennae search algorithm and improved genetic algorithm to realize distribution network reconfiguration. This method first uses the beetle antenna search algorithm to generate a high-quality initial population, and then improves the genetic algorithm by constructing the genetic algorithm mathematical model, optimizing three genetic operators, and adjusting the probability of cross mutation, and finally generates the optimal solution through genetic iteration to achieve the purpose of reconfiguration of the distribution network. The results of calculation examples show that the effectiveness of the method is verified, and the results show that the proposed method has extremely high reliability and efficiency.
