Femtosecond laser writing of infrared microlens arrays on chalcogenide glass

•Prepare infrared microlens arrays by one-step femtosecond laser writing technology.•Achieve the controllable surface morphology of microlens array.•There is no significant loss before and after processing in optical properties.•The lateral magnification of the lens can be adjusted by controlling the focal length so that the size and clarity of the letter “F” can be controlled.
