摘要

•The gas–liquid flow pattern is investigated in a static mixer based HiPOxTM reactor by a high-speed camera.•Six types of flow patterns are identified.•A flow pattern map under the experimental conditions is demonstrated.•The characteristics of bubble group are analyzed in the state of bubble flow.•The liquid and the gas flow rate are investigated.
