摘要

•Fe nanoclusters were deposited on MWCNT and Si using inert gas condensation method.•Electron beam evaporation method was used to deposit Fe on same type of substrates.•Inert gas condensation Fe/Si sample exhibited magnetic negative exchange bias.•Saturation magnetization in IGC sample was five times more than evaporated sample.
