摘要
Enzymes are the most important substances for various chemical reactions in organisms, and enzymatic reactions are mild chemical reactions with high efficiency and high specificity. Most chemical reactions in human body and nature belong to enzymatic reactions. As a cupric enzyme in all areas of life, tyrosinase (TYR) not only catalyzes the production of melanin from monophenolic substances such as tyrosine (Y), but also catalyzes the production of substances with fluorescence. In this study, a variety of peptides containing tyrosine were catalyzed by tyrosinase. The results show that under the conditions of different substrates, tyrosinase catalyzes the production of various colors of substances, with different degrees of fluorescence. At the same time, the effect of oxygen on the product catalyzed by tyrosinase was studied experimentally, and it was found that fluorescent substances were more easily obtained under low oxygen conditions. This method of producing different fluorochrome peptides under enzymatic reaction is relatively simple and mild, so it has a great application prospect for the application research of fluorescent dyes, fluorescent labeling and imaging in the future.
