摘要
•The NSGA-II-based pruning algorithm was proposed to obtain the optimal pruning strategy.•The NSGA-II-based pruned YOLOv5l green pepper detection model was obtained.•The mAP0.5 was 81.4 %, the model size was 23.9 MB, and the frame rate is 70.9f/s.•The model was a current state-of-the-art (SOTA) lightweight green pepper detection model.
