摘要
•Magnetic bentonite coupling Bi nanoparticles and OVs constructed effective MB/BiOBr-Bi.•Multiroles of magnetic bentonite in BiOBr morphology and OVs generation were found.•MB/BiOBr-Bi exhibited excellent photocatalytic performance and stability.•The enhanced performance was attributed to synergistic effects of carrier, Bi NPs, OVs and {001} facet.
