摘要
The main goal of the proposed dynamic distribution network expansion planning (DEP) is to eco-reliably supply the incremental annual demand by providing an optimal schedule to site and size of either pre-existing equipment or installing new ones. Also, it determines how to well-operate the expanded network. HV substation allocation, feeder routing, and conductor sizing besides executing such flexibility-oriented upgrades as designing of distribution network (DN) as a meshed topology by allocating switching devices to form reconfigurable DN, utilizing distributed generations (DGs) and parking-lots are the options are considered in this paper. It must be mentioned that, the peak load rarely happens in a year, but it’s commonly considered as the base of traditional DEP, which leads to a situation which balancing the load and generation would be difficult and so costly. So, in the proposed methodology, by enabling the optimal schedule of the transferable loads, smoothing of the load profile and finally better managing the uncertainties and variability of supply and demand across all relevant timescales is reached. As known, in the expansion planning process, the accepted level of risk by distribution companies is an important factor when decision-making. To model this issue, information gap decision theory (IGDT) is used in the present work. To analyze the efficiency of the designed expansion method, it has applied on a 54-bus distribution network and then results are analyzed.
