A luminescent probe based on a Zn(II) coordination polymer for efficient detection of tetracycline, Cr2O72− anions

A new teranry CPs, {[Zn3(L)(DCTP)3]·2.5H2O}n (1) (L = 1,5-bis[1-(pyridine-4-methylene)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl]pentane, H2DCTP = 2,5-dichloroterephthalic acid), was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized, which showed good thermal and pH stabilities. 1 is promising dual-functional fluorescent sensor for detection of tetracycline and Cr2O72− anion with high sensitivity and selectivity.
