Technological Transformation Model for SMEs

The development of Industry 4.0 generates an important effect on the integration of value chains. The speed of this transformation takes various forms depending on the branches of industrial production and has a differentiated impact on SMEs, deepening the development gap in the different regions of the world. In this scenario, the SMEs of the manufacturing industry in Latin American countries find themselves immersed in an environment of great speed of transformation that in turn is complex and unknown in all its dimensions.
