摘要
•A novel Ti40Zr60-xVx alloys with HGS structure are designed from thermodynamic insight.•A remarkable strength and ductility balance is achieved by Ti40Zr15V45 alloy.•The finely dispersed SRC and higher proportion plastic structures improve the ductility.•Chevage surfaces caused by shear band fractures in BCC are induced by dislocation reactions.
