摘要
The optimal operation of a power system with high penetrations of renewable energy sources requires an effective tool to monitor the inertia level of the power system. With this goal, the paper proposes an ambient measurement-based equivalent inertia constant identification method for both synchronous and non-synchronous inertia providers via Tikhonov regularization algorithm basing on the existing techniques. A modified WSCC 9-bus system serves to validate the accuracy and the robustness of the proposed method against the measurement noise.
