摘要

•THz stimulation can help to recover the hindlimb motor ability in mice, reduce the intensity of the inflammatory response, and improve neurological function indicators.•Gene expression changes after THz stimulation were mostly related to the inflammatory response and immune regulation.•IL-17 signaling pathway may play an important role in THz promoting nerve damage repair.
