All-electrical Imaging of Cultured Cells with Semiconductor Sensor Arrays.
BIOPHYSICAL JOURNAL(2023)
摘要
We present the latest progress on a new class of microelectronic sensors which contain arrays of more than 100,000 active addressable microelectrodes on a semiconductor chip. These low-cost CMOS sensor chips can be used to create non-destructive all-electrical “images” of cells, particles, and other materials near the surface of the sensor, without any labels, illumination, lenses, dyes, or scanning probes.
