摘要
Catheter ablation of idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) has become increasingly sophisticated in the past several decades. Descriptions of characteristic electrocardiographic patterns, ablation strategies, and novel procedural tools described in large series have led to improvements in the results of ablation of VAs from the right and left ventricular (LV) outflow tracts, LV summit, left fascicular branches, and LV papillary muscles. Each site provides unique challenges related to local myocardial thickness, risk of conduction system injury, and intracavitary locations that result in difficulty with catheter stability. Electrocardiographic and electrophysiological characteristics of ventricular arrhythmias from the right bundle branch of the moderator bandHeart RhythmVol. 20Issue 5PreviewThere are little data on ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) originating from the right bundle branch (RBB) of the moderator band (MB) (MB-RBB VAs) in a cohort of patients.
