摘要

•B2O3-Bi2O3 glass samples doped with Eu3+, Tb3+, Tm3+ ions have been successfully synthesized.•Luminescence enhancement of glass doped with AlF3 has been observed.•Simultaneous excitation of Eu3+, Tb3+, and Tm3+ ions has been obtained with single wavelength excitation.•Proposed materials are good candidates for color-tunable phosphor applications.
