Axillary lymphadenopathy on breast imaging following the administration of inactivated polio vaccine

•Unilateral axillary adenopathy can be seen in the setting of recent inactivated polio vaccination. •Bilateral vaccination should be considered on the differential for bilateral axillary adenopathy. •Radiologists should be aware of the possibility of axillary adenopathy following vaccination, including IPV.
