摘要

•Based on aggregation of Y-shaped DNA for FP assay is reported for the first time.•It combined DSN-assisted target recycling and CHA for dual amplification.•This method could distinguish single-base mismatch with high selectivity.•The result for the expression level of miRNA in different cell lines is satisfactory.
