•Multi-information fusion-based indirect tool wear measurement method is proposed.•Multi-domain features are dimensionally reduced and fused by the KPCA algorithm.•The PSO-LSSVR model is established to learn the dependency of tool flank wear.•Multi-level fusion experiments are carried out under multiple milling conditions.
