摘要

•n-Type SnSe is realized through rare earth element Ce doping.•PbTe alloying further increases the power factor and decreases the thermal conductivity.•A high average zT value of ∼0.52 between 300 and 823 K is achieved in Sn0.9Pb0.07Ce0.03Se0.93Te0.07.
