摘要

•Fe3O4 nanorods were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method and ligand-assisted reduction reaction.•The Aligned Magnetic Hydrogel was prepared by a simple two-step method, and its magnetocaloric anisotropy was verified.•Controllable multi drug release was achieved by the unique composite hydrogel with orthogonal magnetic chain structure.
