在城隍文化中,城隍爷是个不可忽视的组成部分.作为"榜样"的他,对闽地百姓的人格塑造有着重要教育作用.文章着重分析福建省内极具代表性的城隍爷故事,并根据对中国道教有所思考的心理学家荣格,和"闽地"为代表的朱熹理学思想,以此验证福建省城隍爷的意志品格与"闽学"所传承的精神文明息息相关.
