B, Following a 5 month period after intracranial injection of E2 cells, mice were treated with 10 Gy and sacrificed at different time points (0, 0.5, 2 and 24 hrs) following radiation treatment. Representative immunofluorescent images of PFE-orthotopic tumours stained for EGFR (red) and Rad51 (green) are depicted. DAPI (blue) was used for nuclear staining.
