摘要
•ZnIn2S4/MoSe2/In2Se3 Janus Z-scheme heterostructure photocatalyst was fabricated.•Structure, interface and band alignment co-guaranteed Janus Z-scheme charge transfer.•Janus Z-scheme mechanism resolved abundant highly-active photogenerated electrons.•ZnIn2S4/MoSe2/In2Se3 photocatalyst presented ultrahigh H2 evolution activity.
