摘要

Trauma intrusive memories are a hallmark posttraumatic stress symptom. Although decreased hippocampal volume has been implicated in memory and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), with differences between anterior and posterior hippocampal regions, the relation of anterior and posterior hippocampal volumes with trauma intrusive memory (TR-IM) frequency is unknown.
