Anhedonia and Reward-Related Neural Abnormalities Prospectively Predict Longitudinal Changes in Quality of Life among Treatment-Seeking Individuals with Mood Disorders
Biological psychiatry(2023)
摘要
In recent years, in both research and clinical practice, there has been an increasing focus on Patient Reported Outcome Measures (e.g., quality of life), which have been strongly linked to functional outcomes and well-being. The main goal of the current study was to evaluate whether anhedonia, which has been linked to poor disease course, as well as reward-related neural correlates would predict longitudinal changes in patient-reported quality of life among individuals seeking treatment for mood disorders.
