468. Correspondence Between Fmri and Electrophysiological Functional Connectivity in Treatment-Resistant Depression

Psychiatric disorders such as depression are widely believed to be the result of dysfunction in the activity of brain networks. Non-invasive resting-state fMRI and intracranial electrophysiological recordings represent two methods for characterizing these networks. We aim to understand the relationship between noninvasive and invasive measures of functional connectivity in cortico-striatal-limbic mood networks for subjects with treatment-resistant depression (TRD).
