Target detection method based on Cameron decomposition and Hilbert-Huang transform roughness

In order to solve the difficult problem of small target detection such as missing a priori conditions, small radar scattering cross section in complex environment and sea surface clutter interference causes the Doppler frequency range of small targets to overlap with the clutter. This paper uses the characteristic difference between target and clutter in polarized scattering, a target unit detection method based on the concept of Hilbert-Huang transform spectral ridge line roughness after Cameron decomposition is proposed. Using this algorithm, the distinction between target and clutter is finally achieved for target detection;The accuracy of small target detection is improved, and the method of distinguishing small targets from complex backgrounds is effectively implemented. According to the validation of the measured IPIX radar data set, the algorithm has good detection effect in different data segments and different signal-to-noise ratios.
