In recent years, the record of the ZT value of thermoelectric materials has been constantly refreshed, laying a solid foundation for the development of thermoelectric device application technology. However, the current thermoelectric application technology is far behind the development of thermoelectric material science, especially the large-scale application of thermoelectric power generation technology is still facing technical bottlenecks and challenges. The main reason lies in the characteristics of thermoelectric materials. Although thermoelectric materials have a long service life, their mechanical properties are poor, and their service reliability is low under severe vibration and other occasions. This article sets up a fixed installation method of thermoelectric devices, which is verified by a separate thermoelectric module. Under random vibration and shock tests, the internal resistance of the thermoelectric device does not change significantly, indicating that the installation method is suitable for engines, promoting the application of thermoelectric devices.
