A rare cause of refractory gastric ulcer.

Question: A 42-year-old woman undertaking heavy work (she does odd jobs in the company canteen, which requires her to go out early and stay late daily, without holidays throughout the year) presented with 6 months of worsening stomachache worsened after eating. Gastroscopy showed an ulcer on the lesser curvature of the gastric angle (2 cm in diameter; Figure A).
