A distributed H∞ consistent vibration reduction control method with online self-organizing optimization capability is proposed to solve the vibration reduction control problem of rectangular plates with meshes of piezoelectric sensor-actuator. Firstly, using the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method, vibration energy time domain analysis of vibration data, modal truncation, and determining the control order. Secondly, the distributed H∞ consistent control theory and genetic algorithm were used for iterative optimization calculation, and some piezoelectric actuators were selected for vibration reduction control. Finally, the piezoelectric actuator has the ability of online self-organization and self-adaptation to external excitation changes, and the H∞ consistency performance index minimizes the influence of external excitation on system vibration. The simulation results show that the control strategy can optimize the selection of actuators for structural vibration control, it has good adaptability to external excitation, and the consistency and stability of all agents are good when the plate structure is continuously excited by pulse excitation and multimodal superposition.
