摘要
Wavelength-selective light detection devices are critical for many applications such as biological diagnosis, machine imaging, and security. Here, we present self-powered narrowband near-infrared photodetectors based on perovskite films via doping organic dyes (Rhodamine 800). The doping of Rhodamine 800 could adjust the recombination of free carriers in perovskites and manipulate the maximum wavelength response range of the photoactive layer by the charge collection narrowing technology. The as-prepared MAPbI3/ Rhodamine 800 photodetectors exhibit a narrow spectral response window of 700-800 nm with full width at half-maxima of <60 nm. Moreover, these characteristics are also demonstrated in the other inorganic perovskite films. As a consequence, this kind of designing scheme provides an idea to develop wavelength-selective and narrowband photodetectors with excellent business value and multiple application prospects.
