Signal accumulation in problems with constraints and its application to real-life magnetometry

We consider the method of signal accumulation for problems with natural constraints. We focus on the case when the constraint has the implicit form of the type llxll = C with the unknown constant C to be determined as part of the problem solution. The construction and derivation are carried out based on application to the real-life magnetometry problems related to public security systems.
