摘要
A new salicylhydrazone anchored imidazolyl derivative IHL has been designed and fabricated by simple synthetic route. The probe was functioned as multifunctional receptor for the revelation of cadmium and fluoride ions in the solvent system (DMSO/water, 9:1). The photophysical studies and binding stoichiometry between the probe and Cd2 + /F- ions were performed via different spectral techniques such as UV-vis, fluorescence titrations, 1H &19F NMR, ESI-MS analysis and by DFT calculations respectively. In-vitro fluorescence imaging studies in Zebrafish embryos was successfully carried out and their result explored the excellent biological potential of the probe in the environment.
