Supplementary Table 1A: The Pearson correlation coefficient of untransformed metabolite levels was estimated between each pair of metabolites within each of the four studies. Supplementary Table 1B: The Pearson correlation coefficient of untransformed metabolite levels was estimated between each of the metabolic pathway groups within each of the four studies.
