摘要
Laser Raman spectroscopy has shown good application prospects in the analysis of micro components. In this paper, the laser Raman high-resolution large-area fast imaging method is applied to the full-area large-area scan of two standard rock thin sections. The method can accurately identify the transparent minerals such as alkaline feldspar, plagioclase, quartz, common amphibole, biotite, calcite, sphene, apatite, zircon and epidote, and opaque minerals such as magnetite, there are close associations and secondary alterations among some minerals. Based on this, the content statistics are carried out in this paper, and they are named as fine-grained amphibole quartz monzonite and fine-grained biotite amphibolite. The experimental study found that the fluorescence effect, the similarity of the peak positions of the isomorphous minerals (feldspar, amphibole) and the peak position shift of the altered minerals would interfere with the identification of minerals and the analysis of the spectrum. In addition, the smaller the surface scan step size is, the higher the analysis accuracy will be, and the time cost will increase accordingly. This method realizes the convenient, intuitive and accurate large-scale rapid identification and identification of fine minerals. This method can make up for the shortcomings of traditional rock and mineral identification and other technical methods, and expand the application range of Raman spectroscopy in geological work.
