摘要
Introduction: Chordomas are rare bone tumors originating from notochord remnants, located in the median axis of the body. Approximately one chordoma is diagnosed per million inhabitants annually. They seem to most commonly arise in the sacrococcygeal spine followed by skull base, and then the cervical spine. To our knowledge, all previously reported cases were single lesions at the skull base or spine, with or without metastasis. This manuscript presents the first case of a patient with concurrent multilevel chordomas.
