We have demonstrated a dynamic QKD network with a latency-aware and QKD-capacity sensitive algorithm. This scheme negotiates the optimal key refresh period and assigns priorities for preferred channels. Network reconfiguration time is within 49ms. (c) 2022 The Author(s)
