摘要
The electrical characteristics of calcium phosphate materials have been studied at various frequencies in the temperature interval from room temperature to 1200 degrees C. It has been shown that the electrical characteristics (relative permittivity, capacitance, and electric resistance) change with the annealing temperature. Temperature changes in these characteristics are associated with the presence of impurities in the studied samples, as well as the nonstoichiometry of the phase composition of the initial samples. The phase composition and structure of the studied samples were studied by X-ray diffraction, Mass-spectrometry, and IR-spectroscopy. It has been shown that the studied calcium-phosphate samples have dielectric properties. The temperature intervals for the stability of the electrical characteristics of these materials have been established.
