The issues like fake news & privacy leaks may go against confidentiality and security considerations. AI is frequently employed in social media even as primary tool to stop the leakage of user privacy. Large quantities of data are shared over the social Internet of Things (SIoT), which are then evaluated by the other IoT devices to create, consolidate, & prepare databases for analysis. This study explored whether people on social media will release information or far safeguard privacy in response to technology intervention if faced with information privacy concerns. It looked at privacy issues’ effects on information security awareness & perceived privacy control. The findings demonstrated the connection between comprehending information security awareness and customer alienation. This study examines several AI techniques and their effects on social media firms. Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, & YouTube are examples of modern cultural media, commonly referred to as social media. The privacy worries of customers are positively impacted by AI and SLOT technologies. Users can really lessen their concerns about data leaks via privacy protection. This study revealed that the frequency of user knowledge transfer is influenced by user confidence in the platform. The sector has to put more effort into maintaining user privacy & creating a comprehensive security mechanism.
