摘要

•The Portico valve with FlexNav DS was used in high and extreme risk subjects.•The devices provided excellent safety and valve performance from 30 days to 1 year.•They demonstrated low vascular complications or life-threatening bleeding.•They provided low mortality, disabling strokes, and excellent functional outcomes.•They sustained large aortic valve area and low PVL and mean aortic gradients.
